The Arch house project was a significant challenge for our team, as it involved renovation, rebuilding, and redesigning a 1974 sft property situated within an existing shared living environment. A key aspect of the design was integrating the existing garden without disturbing a single tree. The planning process was meticulous to ensure functionality and aesthetics were seamlessly aligned.
To enhance privacy, we incorporated thoughtful design elements such as mesh screens. A slanted exterior feature adjacent to the living room, paired with a strategically placed corner window, offers stunning views of the garden while creating a harmonious indoor-outdoor connection.
The upper terrace was designed as a standout feature, capturing ample winter sunlight to provide a comfortable, inviting space for the client. The overall elevation was carefully curated to blend with the environment while maintaining a modern and sophisticated look.
