The client approached us for the renovation and façade uplift of an existing single-storey house located at Satellite Town, Quetta. The scope included revising the ground-floor planning and adding two additional floors. The project was taken over after the previous contractor abandoned the site, and had to be executed while the residents continued to live in the house.

After multiple design iterations, carefully balancing the existing structure and its limitations with the client’s preference for modern aesthetics, we arrived at this final design.

The house was carefully constructed over a period of nearly 18 months, with residents safely living on-site throughout the process. Every detail was executed precisely in accordance with the drawings, and here is the completed result.
